Enrollment

Thank you for beginning the process of enrollment with Gunnison Elementary School. 
We are glad to welcome you and your family to our community. Please follow the directions below to fully complete registration in PowerSchool. At the completion of enrollment forms we do require a copy of the child’s immunization records and birth certificate.

You will receive an email that your pre-registration submission has been successfully submitted and another email once it is approved. The approval email will direct you to set up a PowerSchool parent account. The access ID and password included in this email will be used AFTER you create a parent account to link your account to your student.

Setting up a PowerSchool Account

  1. Go to gunnisonschools.powerschool.com
  2. Click on Create Account Tab:
  3. Fill in the information requested for your desired username and password.
  4. Under “Link Student to Account” enter your student's full name, Access ID and Password provided in the approval email.


Completing Enrollment Forms

The student enrollment forms will be found in your account. Please complete all of the forms under “New Student Registration”. 

  1. Log into your parent account
  2. Click the “Forms” tab in the left hand navigation menu.
  3. Choose the Enrollment Tab in the horizontal navigation bar.
